The Graduate Trainee Programme Comparator puts two to four programmes side by side so you can see how their published requirements, dates and details differ before you decide where to apply.
How to use the comparator
- Search for a programme by name or employer and add it. Repeat until you have at least two.
- Select “Compare programmes”.
- Read the table. Use “Show only rows where programmes differ” to focus on the differences.
- Open a programme’s full page or its official application page, or check your eligibility for it.
What is compared
Employer, location, status, opening and closing dates, eligibility requirements (qualification, discipline, minimum classification, graduation year, experience, NYSC, age where published, certifications and licences), programme duration, training structure, application procedure, required documents, and pay and benefits where the employer has officially disclosed them.
How to read the results
Requirements are labelled Required or Preferred. Pay and benefits are optional information and are shown separately from requirements. Anything the employer has not published is shown as “Not stated in the published information”; we never fill gaps with guesses.
Limitations
- The comparator does not rank or recommend programmes. A programme with more published detail is not better; it may simply have published more.
- Information is only as current as its last-verified date, shown for each programme. Employers can change details at any time.
- Always confirm requirements and dates on each employer’s official recruitment page.
Example
Comparing two programmes might show that one requires a Second Class Upper degree and recent graduation while the other accepts Second Class Lower with no graduation-year limit, but publishes no information about training structure. The table shows each fact, or the absence of one, side by side.
Frequently asked questions
How do I compare graduate trainee programmes?
Compare published facts side by side: eligibility requirements, application dates, location, duration, training structure and any officially disclosed pay or benefits. Our Graduate Trainee Programme Comparator does this for programmes in our records and clearly shows where information has not been published. Fit with your career goals and the employer’s own information matter as much as any table.
How can I report incorrect recruitment information?
Use the contact page to tell us which page has the problem, what you believe is wrong and, if possible, a link to the official source. We review reports and publish corrections as described in our Corrections Policy.
