We want recruitment information on RecruitmentGuide.com.ng to be accurate. When we get something wrong, or an employer changes details, we correct it.
How to report incorrect information
- Open our Contact page.
- Tell us the address of the page, what you believe is incorrect, and what you believe is correct.
- If you can, include a link to the employer’s official notice or page that shows the correct information.
What happens next
We check the report against the official source. If the information is wrong or out of date, we correct the page and update its last-verified date. If we cannot confirm a report, we may mark the record “needs re-checking” or add a note until it is resolved. We may not be able to reply to every report individually.
How corrections are shown
- Small errors, such as spelling, are fixed without comment.
- Changes to requirements, dates, links or opportunity status are shown by updating the “Updated” date and, where useful, a short note describing what changed.
- If a published article was seriously wrong, we add a clear correction note at the top.
Employer changes and closed opportunities
If an employer extends, reopens or closes a recruitment exercise, we update the status when we have verified it. Opportunities are labelled closed or expired after their closing date. If you spot an opportunity that is still labelled open after the employer has closed it, please tell us.
Scams
If you see a fake announcement using our name, or someone asking for money in our name, please report it through the Contact page.
